What Minds-Bridge does today

In Phase 1, Minds-Bridge lets clients view specialist profiles, choose an available time, submit a session booking request, receive booking confirmations and other emails, and coordinate payment and session details with the platform administration.

At this stage, the platform does not provide client accounts, therapist dashboards, online card payments, clinical notes, automated diagnosis, or AI-based clinical features. Minds-Bridge may embed or link to Mari, a separate support chat, to help visitors understand the website and booking process.

Information we collect

When you book a session, we may collect your name, email address, selected specialist, selected time, session type, language preference, payment status, exact session price at the time of booking, platform commission and therapist payout records, payout status, and optional notes you choose to share.

If a parent, legal guardian, or legally authorised adult books a session for a client under 18, we may collect limited guardian and child booking information, including guardian contact details, relationship to the child, the child's name or initials, age or date of birth, selected specialist, session time, optional short reason for booking, emergency contact, and the guardian declaration recorded at booking.

Optional notes may include sensitive health-related information. Please only include information that is necessary for arranging the session.

We may also process technical information needed for platform operation and security, such as essential cookies, security logs, technical request records, language settings, and basic interaction records needed for support features.

Minds-Bridge does not currently collect or store card details because online card payments are not part of Phase 1.

Bookings for minors

Minds-Bridge does not allow children or teenagers to book sessions for themselves in Phase 1.

For clients under 18, a booking must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or legally authorised adult. The adult confirms that they have authority to arrange the session and understands that the selected therapist may verify consent and suitability before providing care.

Minds-Bridge records the guardian declaration for booking and administration purposes, but does not independently verify custody, guardianship, or identity documents unless this becomes legally or operationally required.

Why we use your information

We use your information to create and manage bookings, prevent double-booking, send confirmations and reminders, coordinate payment status, calculate and track therapist payout records, share an online session link when needed, and communicate with you about your session.

We use technical data only for platform security, system reliability, error diagnosis, and prevention of misuse.

Legal basis

We process booking data because it is necessary to provide the service you request.

If you voluntarily provide additional or sensitive information, we process it only to the extent needed to organise the session.

You may choose not to provide optional notes.

Sharing information

Your data may be shared only with people or organisations that need it to provide the service, including your selected specialist, authorised Minds-Bridge administrators, email service providers, hosting and technical infrastructure providers, and providers or staff involved in payment coordination.

For minor bookings, limited guardian and child booking information is shared with the selected therapist so the therapist can contact the adult, verify consent where needed, and decide whether the session is appropriate.

Minds-Bridge does not sell personal data and does not use personal data for advertising purposes.

International services

Minds-Bridge uses trusted technology providers, including Cloudflare and Resend. In some cases, data may be processed outside Georgia, subject to appropriate technical and security safeguards.

Cookies

At this stage, we use only essential cookies and local browser storage needed to remember language preference, support administrator authentication, provide security, and remember the cookie notice.

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy and request appropriate consent where required.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to manage sessions, support users, keep business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Retention periods may change as the service develops. We will update this policy if we introduce accounts, online payments, clinical notes, therapist dashboards, or AI-based clinical features.

Security

Minds-Bridge uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, administrator authentication, and secure infrastructure.

However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correction of your data, deletion where permitted by law, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and, where applicable, contact the Georgian Personal Data Protection Service.

Data responsibility

In Phase 1, Minds-Bridge is responsible for the platform booking, payment administration, commission, and payout records it collects and manages. This may be refined as the business structure, therapist agreements, and payment model are reviewed legally before accepting real clients.

Minds-Bridge is not an emergency assistance or crisis intervention service.
